HostPlaybook is provided by A2R Consultancy Limited. By using it you agree to these terms.

• It is guidance, not advice. The deal analyser gives an estimate from the numbers you enter, not a promise of income. The compliance register tracks dates and stores certificates; it never confirms that a property is compliant. Aniko AI answers from Aniko’s playbooks and can be wrong. Check anything that matters with a qualified professional.
• Plans. Free, Host (£17 a month or £170 a year) and Host Pro (£35 a month or £350 a year). Prices are net; A2R Consultancy Limited is not VAT registered. Cancel any time from Billing; access runs to the end of the paid period. The full property analysis (£269) is a one-off report delivered within two working days.
• Your content stays yours. You give us permission to store it so the app works.
• Fair use. Aniko AI is unlimited for any real host; automated or bulk use may be limited.
• Availability. We aim for the app to be up all the time but make no guarantee; we are not liable for loss arising from downtime, errors in guidance, or decisions you make using the app, beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude.
• England. Compliance content covers England only.
