HostPlaybook is run by A2R Consultancy Limited (the “controller”), registered with the ICO. Contact: hello@hostplaybook.co.uk.

What we hold and why

• Your email address, to sign you in and email you links you asked for (service email, sent through Resend). Lawful basis: contract.
• Marketing email only if you ticked the box. Sent through MailerLite. Unsubscribe from any email or under Your plan. Lawful basis: consent.
• Your deals, properties, register dates, uploaded certificates, contacts and notes, stored in Supabase (EU region) so the app can work for you. Certificates are private to your account. Lawful basis: contract.
• Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card number.
• Aniko AI questions and answers are stored against your account so you can report a wrong answer and so we can improve the playbooks. They are processed by Anthropic to generate the reply and are not used to train models.
• Book it and analysis requests go to the Let of Luxury team so we can call you back.

Cookies

Only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember which property you were looking at. No advertising cookies.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account by emailing hello@hostplaybook.co.uk. We keep data while your account is open and for 12 months after it closes, then delete it. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
